新佳盛依托新机制造标准平台，提供规范化的压铸设备再制造服务，承接各吨位压铸机的改造与升级业务。业务流程涵盖旧机拆解、清洗、旧件检测、再制造、总装、调试直至整机检验，各工序均执行相应的流程与作业规范，让修复后设备的性能可接近新机出厂水准，助力客户提升设备利用率，降低设备使用成本。
Based on standard manufacturing platform for new machine, we provide standardized remanufacturing services for high-end die-casting equipment including modifications and upgrade for die-casting machines of different tons. Each step (dismantle-cleaning-inspection-remaking-final assembly-commissioningfinal test) follows a standard procedure and progress. Therefore, the performance of remade equipment is close to or reaches acceptance criteria of new machine which will maximize our customers’utilization rate and lower their cost.
